The apartment is in the 2nd district at the bottom of the historical part of Buda. It is located just next to the Danube in the downtown front of the Parliament. The area is full of restaurants and cafes. | | Directions | The tram stop of 4-6 is just a few minutes walk, the Metro station of Batthyány is 5 minutes walk away. Several buses stop in the neighbouring streets as well. | | Transportation | From the airport:
Ferihegy 1-2 Airport is about 19 km from the city downtown we are located. You have got 3 options to get to us:
1. take a taxi, official airport taxi-company: Zona Taxi, flat rate to Budapest city: HUF 4000 (aprox. EUR 18), payable direcly to the driver
2. airport shuttle bus to Népliget Bus Station, then you take subway M3 to Deák Tér, and there change to subway M2 to Batthyány tér.
From Nyugati Train Station:
- 2 stop by tram no.4-6 to Margit híd Buda part
Getting to us by car:
- M1/M7 motorway,
- follow direction: 'Centrum' -> Lánc hid' (Chain bridge)
